Shipping and Refund Policy

- Handling Time: 3 to 5 business days.

- Delivery time:  5-7 days, depending on destination

-The tracking number will be sent to you via email after the order has been shipped. You can track the order on the courier's website. Please be advised that during holidays and other  peak shipping seasons the delivery time may be longer than estimated above. 

- We guarantee that you will be enjoy the products you receive. However, if you are not satisfied with your  purchases, you can return them for a replacement or refund within 14  days of receiving them. You only have to pay the  shipping back to us. 

- Please email us at contact@foxtreasures.net before returning any items.

-  The product must be in unused condition.  Opened sealed products are not returnable, neither are any used products. In the case of an exception, we will charge handling costs the minimum of 20% of the  price of the item.

- All returns must be delivered in original packaging and packed carefully. A copy of the receipt must be attached together with the  cause of return.
